MAJ Adam Scott was born an "Army Brat" in Nuremberg, Germany, but grew up primarily in Mason Neck, VA. He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2012 and commissioned as an Aviation Officer.
After completing flight school at Fort Rucker, AL, and choosing UH-60 Blackhawks as his platform, Adam was first assigned to 3-4 Aviation Regiment, 4th Combat Aviation Brigade, where he served as an Assistant Operations Officer, Platoon Leader, and Battalion S4. He deployed with 3-4 AVN in 2016 in support of Operation Freedom's Sentinel to eastern and southern Afghanistan. Adam completed the Aviation Captain's Career Course in 2017 and was stationed in Hawaii following. After a stint serving on the US Army Pacific (USARPAC) Staff, Adam took command of A Company, 3-25 Aviation Regiment at Wheeler Army Airfield. Following command, Adam earned his master's in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.
Adam married his beautiful wife Katie in 2017 and they welcomed their daughter Pia in March of 2023.
