Major Brian C. Gerardi is an instructor for MX400 Officership at the Simon Center for the Professional Military Ethic. Married to the former Tiffany Mincey (USMA C/o 2014) of Metter, Georgia, he and his wife currently reside in Salisbury Mills, NY with their sons, Jackson, James, and Jonathan.

A native of New Canaan, CT, he graduated and commissioned through the United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. in Psychology in 2013. In 2021 CPT Gerardi graduated from Columbia University with a MA in Social and Organizational Psychology as a part of the 16th Cohort of the Eisenhower Leadership Development Program.

MAJ Gerardi as served as a Field Artillery Officer at Fort Bragg, NC with the 2nd Battalion, 319th Airborne Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division as a Company Fire Support Officer and Battery Executive Officer from 2015-2017. He commanded E Company of the 1st Battalion, 13th Infantry Regiment, 193rd Infantry Brigade as well as the Headquarters and Headquarters Company of the 120th Adjutant General Battalion (Reception) of the same Brigade from 2018-2020.
