Dr. Clark is an assistant professor in the Department of Systems Engineering. Prior to joining the faculty, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Bel Corp. and the Senior Vice President of Belger Cartage Service Inc. Dr. Clark was also an executive at Oracle-Cerner Health and a Senior Vice President at The Federal Savings Bank.

In 2012, he retired from 23 years of military service as a Colonel in the Special Forces. His assignments include the 7th Infantry Division the 2nd Infantry Division the 24th Infantry Division 1st Special Forces Group 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment - Delta Joint Special Operations Command Intelligence Support Activity the Combined Arms Center Joint Special Operations Task Force - Philippines NATO Training Mission - Afghanistan and the Army and Marine Corps Counterinsurgency Center. His seven combat deployments include Afghanistan Bosnia Iraq Panama and the Philippines.

Chad is married to his wife Karen ('93 USMA grad), and they have three children. He enjoys golf and is an Officer Representative for the Army Golf Team.
