
MAJ Chelsea Frazier is an instructor in the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership at West Point. She is a native of Gaithersburg, Maryland.
MAJ Frazier earned her commissioning through the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) in 2012, and was appointed a Second Lieutenant in the Signal Corps. MAJ Frazier began her career as a Platoon Leader and Executive Officer in the 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Fort Stewart, Georgia. She deployed as a platoon leader in support of Operation Enduring Freedom to Logar Province, Afghanistan in 2013. Following Fort Stewart, MAJ Frazier served as a Company Executive Officer and Battalion Signal Officer in the 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Upon graduating from the Captains Career Course at Fort Gordon, Georgia, MAJ Frazier was assigned to Fort Carson, Colorado where she served as a Battalion Communications Officer in the 2-77th Field Artillery Regiment, Company Commander in the 52nd Engineer Battalion, and G6 Network Officer in the 4th Infantry Division Headquarters.
