Visual Information Office (VIOS)

The Visual Information Office (VIOS) provides the following services to the faculty and staff of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point:

• Audiovisual Presentation Support
• Video Production Support
• Event Photography or Studio Photography Support
• Graphic Support- Printing, Mounting, Lamination
• Broadcast Services Support
• Equipment Loan Services (Self Help Sign Out)

To request multimedia support from VIOS, please do the following:

1. Fill out a DA FORM 3903 Multimedia/Visual Information Work Order Request (password-protected).
   1. Please indicate in the (description of work requested) what service you will need.
2. Email the completed form to VIOS.
   1. In the subject line, include the date required and which service you are requesting (e.g., 14 February 2026 Event Photography Support).
   2. For printing, mounting and laminating services, digital artwork and/or photos must be attached to the email work request.
      1. If file sizes are too big, please make remarks in email.
      2. We will coordinate file delivery (via Thumb Drive, CD, etc.)
