Through the Academic Individual Advanced Development (AIAD) program, cadets spend two to four weeks gaining hands-on experience in research, service, or cultural immersion - sometimes overseas in places such as Latvia, Oman, or Central Asia. The Military Individual Advanced Development (MIAD) program takes learning even further, sending cadets to foreign military schools where they train side-by-side with international partners in mountain warfare, airborne operations, and more. These experiences sharpen your skills, broaden your perspective, and prepare you to lead as an Army officer in a global environment.
