MAJ Jacob Henry graduated from West Point in 2012 with a Degree in Defense and Strategic Studies. He commissioned into the Armor Corps and was assigned to 3rd Brigade, 4th Infantry Division at Fort Carson upon completion of Armor Basic Officer Leader Course. At Fort Carson, he served in Platoon and Company leadership positions, deploying twice in support of Operation Spartan Shield. MAJ Henry attended Maneuver Captains’ Career Course at Fort Benning in 2016 and subsequently proceeded to Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM). At JBLM, he commanded a Stryker Reconnaissance Troop and Headquarters Troop from 2018-2020, during which time he deployed in support of Customs and Border Patrol. Jake graduated from George Washington University in 2022 with a Master of Arts in History. He serves currently in the American Division of the Dept. of History. Jake is married to Jenna, a Pharmacist with Garnet Health, and they have two sons.
