West Point will hold the August Blood Drive with the New York Blood Center (NYBC) Monday from Aug. 28 –31, between 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. at Eisenhower Hall Ballroom on the fourth floor. A challenge coin will be handed out to the first 1700 presenting blood donors.
The NYBC is proud to be the exclusive supplier of blood and blood products to the Keller Army Community Hospital. New York Blood Center also supplies Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and Fort Liberty with blood and blood components as needed.
Donating blood is safe and takes about one hour. For information on donor eligibility and frequent questions, Call 800-688-0900 for in-person help with eligibility questions.
