The West Point Middle School's military and military-connected scholars celebrated the Month of the Military Child on April 19 at the Middle School and Teen Program Center at West Point. Ten cadets from Company B-2 Bulldogs and its mascot helped celebrate the ceremony with the middle schoolers.
During the MOMC, they participated in a Loose Change Challenge Competition to benefit members of the local military community.
As a result of this friendly war, a Pennie's War, WPMS raised $136.08, which the National Junior Honor Society will use to create and fill food bags to donate to the Orange County Veterans Food Pantry for distribution to the Orange County veterans. Thank you to all who donated!
