The annual Army West Point football team's Black vs. Gold Spring Game is scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday, April 21.

The game is FREE to the public and concession stands will be open before and during the contest. Parking lots open at 5 p.m.

Head coach Jeff Monken and the Army West Point football team have announced their honorary captains for the annual Spring Game.

The Black Knights are saluting seven former football players Ben Barnett ('90), Greg Cleveland ('92), Jack Frey ('89), Mike Mayweather ('91), Willie McMillian ('92), O'Neal Miller ('90) and Arlen Smith ('92).

Most notably, Mayweather who was inducted into the Army West Point Hall of Fame in 2005 is the only Army football player to have compiled multiple 1,000-yard rushing seasons, eclipsing the 1,000-yard plateau three times in his career enroute to establishing the academy's career rushing record with 4,299 yards. In his senior campaign, Mayweather set the academy's single-season rushing standard with 1,338 yards and was named a first-team All-American, finishing 10th in the Heisman Trophy voting.

New season ticket deposits are now available for the 2023 season. Single-game tickets are available based on Army A Club membership level or to the general public the last week of June.
