A few hundred runners and ruck marchers competed in the sixth annual Fallen Comrades Half Marathon, hosted by the Army West Point marathon team, Sunday at West Point.

The event commemorates graduates who have passed since 2001 during the Global War on Terrorism (bottom center photo).

The top runners and ruck marchers of the day were first-place overall and male runner, Class of 2023 Cadet Zack Gould (above photo), who finished in 1:17:10 (5:53 min/mile), and the first-place female runner, Madison Armonda, finished in 1:25:31 (6:32 min/mile).
