LTC Stephen Gillespie Assistant Professor Director - Systems Engineering Program Systems Engineering stephen.gillespie [at] westpoint.edu About Education Research & Publications LTC Stephen Gillespie is an Academy Professor and director of the Systems Engineering Program. In addition to serving at USMA, he has served as an infantry officer in the 173rd Airborne Brigade and 4th Infantry Division with deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. He has also served as an operations research analyst (FA49) at TRAC conducting analyses in support of major acquisition decisions. LTC Gillespie is an Army brat and grew up on military bases across the world. He is married to Theresa, and they have one wonderful son.
