CPT Yuki Muto Instructor of Military Science Department of Military Instruction yuki.muto [at] westpoint.edu About Education Yuki grew up in the southeastern part of Japan and joined the Ground Self-Defense Force in 2010 when he enrolled at the National Defense Academy of Japan. Upon graduation, he commissioned as 2nd lieutenant and was assigned to Tank Battalion. After 7-year service, he completed Maneuver Captains Career Course on Ft. Benning, GA. After the graduation of General staff College in Japan, he is currently assigned to the US military academy as an exchange officer from Japan. B.S. - National Defense Academy of Japan
