Convening over 300 student and faculty delegates annually, representing more than 70 institutions, including the service academies, numerous Ivy League universities and other highly regarded schools from around the globe, the conference serves as a premier forum for students, faculty, and professionals to engage in meaningful discussions on ethical leadership and decision-making. Each year, NCEA explores a central theme through a series of keynote speeches, expert panels, and small group discussions led by distinguished academics, military leaders, and professionals from various fields.Participants examine real-world ethical challenges and dilemmas faced in their respective professions, from military service to public policy and beyond. Through these interactive sessions, the conference encourages the development of moral judgment and practical wisdom, essential qualities for leaders of character. NCEA provides a unique opportunity for future leaders to refine their understanding of ethics, strengthen civil-military relations, and foster a commitment to ethical leadership in their careers and communities.
